The Julius Prague achieved LEED Gold certification in 2023 and Green Key certification in 2024 – two internationally recognized standards that reflect how seriously we take this.

Brasserie The Julius prioritizes locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, organic and fair-trade where possible. Vegetarian and plant-based options are always available.
Buffet service is managed carefully to reduce food waste, with smaller replenishment cycles and portion flexibility. Tap water is offered as standard, and single-use tableware is not used.

LED lighting throughout the property, supported by advanced heating and cooling controls. We monitor energy consumption regularly and adjust during lower-occupancy periods to avoid unnecessary use.

Waste is separated into multiple categories to support recycling. Digital processes reduce paper use wherever possible, and any printed materials are produced on recycled stock. Hazardous materials are handled responsibly throughout.
