Housekeeping Supervisor
We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor who has previous experience in hotel operations, understands the day-to-day running of the department, and is able to take real responsibility for quality, organisation, and team management.
Job Responsibilities
Independently preparing schedules and materials for housekeeping shifts, including planning and optimising staff rosters
Daily operational management of the housekeeping department
Ensuring and controlling cleaning quality in line with hotel standards
Handling operational issues, guest complaints, and non-standard requests
Managing linen inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring consumption
Training new employees, ongoing performance evaluation, and team support
Close cooperation with other hotel departments
Active collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager to improve processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within hotel operations or cleaning services management
Experience in team leadership and work organisation
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to make independent decisions and handle operational situations
Responsibility, reliability, and professional appearance
Willingness to work in a dynamic hotel environment
