Career at The Julius

The Julius is not a hotel that runs on scripts or rigid protocols. It runs on people. Curious, characterful people who understand that genuine hospitality is something you feel rather than follow.

We are a new kind of hospitality brand, opening thoughtfully conceived hotels in some of Europe's most interesting cities. Prague is where we began. More cities are coming. Which means for the right people, this is a very good moment to join us.

Our team is diverse by nature and united by attitude. Different backgrounds, different talents, different ways of seeing the world. All brought together by a shared belief that looking after people is one of the most rewarding things you can do.

If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
