Breakfast at Brasserie The Julius is unhurried by design. The buffet brings together seasonal fruit and vegetables, locally sourced cheeses and cold cuts, homemade preserves, muesli, and granola, alongside our house-made pickled specialties. Each morning, a fresh selection of pastries and breads, from soft rolls to crusty loaves, is prepared in house.

Warm dishes include scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled vegetables, and hash browns. A live omelette station offers eggs made exactly as you like them.

Coffee, premium teas, freshly pressed juices, prosecco, mimosa, and hot chocolate complete the experience.

Gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options are available on request.
