Executive Chef Milan Dolejš
The Executive Chef of the Emporium Bistro and Bar, Milan Dolejš, has extensive experience in gastronomy, which he gained not only by working in leading Prague hotels, but also by internships abroad, for example in Oman, Dubai in the Ritz Carlton or the Ligurian coast in family hotels by the sea, where he specialized in Italian cuisine. He excelled his culinary expertise while working for Prague Marriott Hotel and Corinthia Towers, but he also has experience from leading Czech restaurants, chains and catering services or private services on yachts in the Caribbean. You can also look forward to themed Brunches and diverse cuisine, where you will have the opportunity to taste dishes from all over the world, thanks to the foreign internships Milan has completed.
