Old Town Square, in Czech known as Staroměstské náměstí, is the central square of the historic part of Prague. The square is one of the greatest tourist attractions of the Czech capital, along with Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. It is almost impossible to miss it if you’re coming to Prague as a tourist.
The Prague Castle was formerly the seat of the kings of Bohemia and is currently the official residence of the president of the Czech Republic. It lies within the historic centre of Prague, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Wenceslas Square can be described as a boulevard, measuring 750m long by 60m wide. It was originally laid out as the Prague horse market 650 years ago. Today the square features hotels, apartments, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
